The goal:-
To assemble, using Open Source components, a full featured accounting and business information management system targeted at small to medium enterprise. The finished product will be known as Equity.

In keeping with our phylosophy of "Don't re-invent the wheel" we will be using existing Open Source components to form the backbone of this project. If we cannot find the missing pieces we will develop them here.

This is a draft map of the project elements as they stand at the moment. Please note that this map will change several times as we examine, define and document the project. Dev - currently under development here. Sourcing - currently seeking a solution. Candidate - we have found a potential solution. Avalailable - the project exists and is stable.
