John P. Holdren, president Obama’s science adviser, co-authored a book in 1977 titled Ecoscience - Population, Resources, Environment which outlined a plan for global population control.
Quote from the article:-
The plan called for global police to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.
